“I care very little if I am judged by you or by any human court; indeed, I do not even judge myself.”
Don’t judge your feelings. It’s okay to feel how you feel. There’s no such thing as a right or wrong feeling – and judging your feelings doesn’t actually help you deal with them. It makes things harder, because now you’re feeling bad about feeling bad, and it turns into a negative cycle.
